Lifeblood is an ongoing series of photographic works, fuelled by a response to the love of beats, frequencies, volume and dark spaces articulated by electronic sound and light. Subjects include clubs, light sources, roads, signs and built environments. Images are predominantly devoid of human presence. There is no hard divide between the subjects, like the blurring of boundaries between art forms, certain images crossover. Sometimes chance plays a part, aesthetic accidents highlight this.
